Default McGard wheels locks

Those of you with McGard wheels locks, and after market wheels (Volk Progressiv Spoke to be exact), did you get the "tuner" style? I think I was sent the wrong type... Here's some pictures...

The style I was sent...

The tuner style ("For use on "Tuner" style wheels or wheels with small diameter, close tolerance lug holes.")

...and the key:

Issue is that the key I got fits the lug holes on the wheel fine, but the stock lug wrench does NOT fit into the holes (so thus they can't be installed).

you need a thin walled socket and an extension...the stock wrench wont fit in many aftermarket wheels

I got an adapter with my Nismo wheels since the stock wrench wont work. I also got the McGard wheels locks for them from Performance Nissan.

Do these come as a set of lugs or just 4 locks? Are these lightweight vs. stock?

You can get them in a variety of combinations. The ones I got were just 4 locks and key, but they have sets with lugs (regular), locks, and key.

I just looked on the site and they also make:

M12 x 1,25 19 MM 24152

The 19MM is the hex key size and that would have worked. The one I got...

Cone Seat-Short M12 x 1.25 13/16" #24154
(M12 x 1,25 21 MM 24154)

Fits the stock lug wrench which is too big to fit into the holes. If you get a set, and have narrow holes, get the 24152 and you'll be OK (also get a long 19MM socket, mine is 1/2" drive and I have a tourque wrench and a few extenders).

So anyhow, I already ordered the tuner ones, and just figured out what I needed and what they offer on the site. Somehow I missed the crucial pages

I suppose I can try to return it and get the 24152.
