update---

accordin to iforged...they shipped my wheel on friday september 3rd

its still not here...and they "dont have" a tracking # right now

they changed their shipping system and they have to wait for the UPS bill to come in to get the tracking #'s...

ill find out if there is any truth behind that


damn i hate this....only reason im not flipping out is because this is a spare wheel...meaning i have 5 wheels now...dont ask why but wtvr....either way..5 wheels or not it should still be in my house not somehwere else

 

Wow, ZZtopp, can't believe you bought some iforged rims, that is a real shocker, lol. Good luck with them, I have some curb issues on my wheels right now, and I am going with a local company to get them fixed for obvious reasons. You will love how the wheels look, that is for certain.

It's all because of Paul at Avalon...a straight up guy who sold me on them. I know if there are any problems whatsoever, he'll get them taken care of.

Funny thing is......after I ordered the wheels, I ordered a new AM Vantage V8 that won't arrive for year or more, so at this point, I really don't need those wheels since I'll be selling the Z.

 

Must be nice to be getting a Vantage, least you can ride on your iforged for a year, lol. Yeah, as you know it is unbelieveable, given your track record and comments on iforged. After all, you were the official iforged hater on this site, with negative comments on iforged from you on basically every iforged trend.

You will have to keep us updated on your thoughts on the rims, lookswise you shouldn't be disappointed. I haven't been around as much lately, and this trend was kinda old, but I just had to comment when I saw your post, zztopp.

 

As I've said, my personal feelings about the way iForged has done business with me have not changed...and I would NEVER do business with them directly. I'm putting my faith in Paul at Avalon, with the hope that his account carries enough clout so that his customers are treated fairly. If not, it's Paul's problem, not mine.

From what I've been told (and I wish I could reveal those details here, but I can't), I do expect these wheels to be of exceptional quality, and if they are, I'll certainly let everyone know. If they're not, you'll read about it here first. If they really are as awesome as I'm hoping, I may just offer them to another Z owner here, since I'll be Z-less soon. Someone should enjoy them for longer than will.

As far as the Vantage V8 goes, it's truly a dream car for me. I really can't wait.
