Bose at all four corners
Sound & Vision October has an article on a suspension system developed by Bose for passenger cars.
Basically it utilizes linear motors instead of oil or gas filled struts. A computer almost instantaneously detects the road change and activates the motor to move the wheel up or down. The reporter claimed a Lexus went over a 6" barrier with no effect on passenger comfort.
Corvette has shocks with electronically adjustable shock valving but this system replaces the entire shock. Cornering was said to be completely flat at all times in the Bose equipped cars demonstrated. No info on when it wil be for sale.
