Default what would YOU do?

what would you guys do if you researched a lowering spring the best you could, located a reputable dealer and asked him all the same things you just researched(to confirm any unanswered questions) he assured you that what you had read was correct and that he had put them on a few g35c's and that the drop was as advertised on the website, saying that tanabe's drop no's were very accurate.
so you order them, pay top dollar to have installed, then find out they didn't drop the car AT ALL!
i talked many times to the shop(vendor here) sent many pictures to him of the final installation (he questioned proper installation) which was completely acceptable by me,but at the same time i'm starting to get a little frustrated, i kinda fell that i'm getting the run around.....so again what would YOU do?

What brand are they? If some other members have that brand, they can tell you of their experiences with them. If it worked on their cars but not yours, maybe the were not indexed right when then were installed. There is and exact slot the ends of the springs must go into for them to sit right.

do you have a g35 or Z? If you have a Z, are you sure the 2.2f and 1.7r specs aren't for the g35? The z will drop less than the G. Still, 0.3 and 0.0 definitely isnt right. Maybe wait for them to settle and see if anything changes.

hell no, something's not right - I would demand them take the springs off and either install a new set or go with a totally different setup with a different installer - my car STOCK is lower than that...
