Will these wheels fit my roadster?

All of the wheels are the same size:

18x9
Bolt Pattern: 5 x 114.3
Offset: 35

Tires: 245/40ZR18

Just want to make sure these will fit before I buy them. Also, does it matter that they are not staggered?

they should fit fine ....they might need a spacer but they will defintaely fit on your car
