Default noise after lowering (help)

I had my car lowered yesterday 1" drop and after driving above 70mph I am getting a howling noise . Its not a steady noise just comes and goes. could this be from them not realining the car right but if it was the tires woudnt it be more of a steady noise?

Yor tires might be feathering. It could also be the compound or something.

I had the dealer look at it and they even checked the alinment and it was dead on so I am guessing its the wind passing a diffrent way under the car
