Default Focal Rims

I had my car in the body shop, was in a accident on I-95 a couple weeks ago, and well the car was suppose to be done today, and guess what? The body shop called me this morning and told me that they have a slight problem with my car. I was like alright, what. Well they told me that the car had three rims stolen last night.

I was like 3 rims and tires and not 4. So something scared the guys who stole my rims, i was not that upset, more upset cause they only got three of them.

So anyway, who should pay for the stuff, my insurance or the insurance of the body shop that my car is at. Also they do not make my rims anymore, and I can not find anyone that had them in the past to get a rough estimate, I told the insurance company a price, but I am sure it was not that high. I had Toyo TS-1 with about 9,000 miles on them.

Can anyone help me, I have to wait to see what the insurance company will pay to get my tires replaced. I want my car back with some nice rims.

get the insurance info from the body shop and report the lost to their insurance like you would report an accident claim or you can report it to your insurance company and let them take care of it.
