Default Wheel help

After all the looking and searching I have finally found the rims that have called out to me.Now I need some advice. These will be going on a G35 sedan.
Rims are 18 x7.5
Question is what offset would be best they are offered in 35, 42, and 48mm and staggering is not an option.
Also the package comes with 225/40/18 tires, should I pay the extra $200 to upgrade to 245/45/18 tires.
Also will either of these tire configurations change my ECU for the traction control? Thanks

I like the style but not the price of volks. The chrome by BSA and the hyper-black by REV are the only two colors that have sparked an interest and both of those are in my price range.
