Default So Happy!! RH J5 gunmetal

Sorry for the teaser, but I finally ordered some wheels after months of trying to figure out which ones and then trying to decide between the J8 and J5 and then trying to find them in stock!! Hopefully, they were shipped out today from Cali, so I should have them in about a week I think. They are 19x9, 19x10.5 Racing hart J5's in gunmetal, wrapped with toyos. Not sure what the offsets are. I like these wheels cause they are a very dark looking gunmetal, at least from all the pictures i've seen. They have a real nice lip too. I can't wait to get them in and put them on. I will post pics as soon as they arrive. I also haven't seen anyone on here with these wheels in gunmetal i dont think, well the J5's. And I haven't seen these wheels on a DB yet so that is cool.

yeah, i just hope they got sent out today. I didn't realize there was a limit to how much could be spent on a check card at one time or in one day, so they were only able to take out a certain amount last night and were hopefully going to get the rest today. I dont know how long it takes to ship either. Hopefully 7 days or less!

Glad to hear man. Are you going to put them on even though winter is coming, or do you have a beater?

Hope my pictures helped as well.

Here are a couple of pictures of my car that were used in the RH J5 and J8 ads. I ended keeping the RH J8s in gunmetal after all the pictures were taken (last picture):

Sorry teh, i didn't realize I got all these responses on here. I graduated UVA in may, so i'm back in the Fredericksburg area but I work up in northern va now. I just got a text message, i'm at work, from my sister saying that the wheels just came. I'm pretty excited cause they weren't expected till tomorrow. I think i'm going to have to skip the gym on the way home from work so i can see them. I will post pics as soon as I open the boxes!! Should put them on the car tomorrow morning.

I'm pretty sure i'm going to leave them on the car. I can drive another one of my parents cars, so if there is bad weather, I will either cover it or kick my moms car out of the garage and put mine in there.

anyone, i had originally tried getting the J8's but by the time I was ready to order, i couldn't find them in stock so instead of waiting I went with the J5's which i liked also.

Default Last one for now

Sorry for the dumb question and I think i know it already but just double checking. The rings I received with the package, i just put that around the hub?

I know I have to take off the bolts on the front hubs before i put the other wheels on and also put on the hub rings, is there anything else?

Congratulations man, you got your wheels! Now the time until you put them on is going to kill you. I actually took off from work the day after I got my wheels just so I can put them on. Just kidding, I had other reasons, but that was one of them. And yes, the hub rings are all you'll need.

Do the hub rings go on the inside of the wheel?
