Since you haven't responded to the case I had to open with ebay, the separate messages sent through ebay, or PMs sent here, I feel like my only option is to post here publicly. You have logged in since the messages were sent, and have chosen not to respond to the fact that I haven't received the wheels that I paid for a month ago. To add to that, you bumped this thread 6 days AFTER I paid for the wheels. Here's a timeline of what has happened so far:

5/21: I won the ebay auction and paid immediately.
5/26: Seller marked the item as shipped.
5/27: Seller bumped his for sale thread for the wheels that were supposed to have already been shipped to me.
6/7: I emailed the seller asking for a tracking number and was told he didn't have one but the wheels should be here by the end of the week.
6/13: Opened a case with ebay and messaged the seller (no response)
6/18: Messaged the seller again here and through ebay (no response)

You have a good bit of itrader here and all positive feedback on ebay, so I hope there is some logical explanation for all this. I still want the wheels, but at this point would be happy with just a refund. The ebay case has been open long enough to escalate it and get a resolution, but I'm posting here to give you one last chance to clear things up before I have to take that route.
