Will the tires come installed on the wheels or seperate. Also are the tires new or used?

The tires have about 80% tread life left. Here are a few more pictures! We can mount and balance the wheels before shipping them out, or if someone is picking them up.

Hmmm...would look amazing on my lemans sunset! are these sold? How much shipped to Canada in the JOS1M0 postal code? at Champlain's border would be an alternative as my cousin works at the customs.
