no they came off. they are legit!!!!!!! original volks, I paid for them like 3700 last year. welcome to come to my house and see them too 
i had 2 sets of RE30 one silver that i sold recently and now this one that where black and after using them i powder coated black cause i like to keep my z looking perfect. now i want some thing else but need to sell these first cause volks are to expensive. welcome to come see them. these wheals are in very good condition and for the condition they are i think the price is resonable.
