Pretty good condition.
There are some nicks and one light rash on one wheel.
All photographed and posted here.

Aggressive Concave Face

17.6 lbs per wheel

Tires 255 35 18

They clear akebono and brembo with plenty room left. Bbk i can't comment from personal experience.

How good are the tires? Would you say they're almost brand new?

I would NOT say almost brand new. The tread depth measures 6/32 and 7/32, so ~60% left

They are 5 x 114.3 bolt pattern.
