Would anybody be interested in starting a real G35/G37/350Z car club here in Hampton Roads??? Ever since I moved up here from Florida, I miss doing the car club thing. I miss going out to SONICS meets on Saturday night.

Recruitment rules and regulations would be following:

So Far We have 5 people wanting to do this.

 

I travel alot for my job, so i don't know how often i'd be able to make meets. Otherwise i'm in!!

 

This has been tried a few times in the past,the problem with a club is
that most of us have kids, wife/gf ,work or something that come's first.
That's why we just try to get something going locally here in the HR fourm and see how it turns out. I personally would be down for some meet's but I could not commit to a club. It is kinda dead around here now but summer is just around the corner and Im sure thing's will start happening.

 

I know what you mean, I have a wife and 2 kids myself, therefore I know most people will not be able to commit to anything. Also I'm not looking to start anything major (No t-shirts, no website, no modifications requirements, etc.) just a group of enthusiast. I'm just trying to start something that makes Hampton Roads come together more often, instead of every 4-5 months. I agree with you that place is dead from time to time, and I personnel can't stand it, so I'm trying to being some life back to this area.

Sounds good , post up a meet and maybe more than that will be able to make it.

 

I waiting from the weather to warm up and stay that way. As for a meeting place, I was thinking the best place would be Military Circle Mall, due to half of the people being on your side of the water (Hampton, Newport News) and the other half on the VA Beach side.

Side note, I know two other guys with Gs in VB that don't really do the forum or modding thing at all, but I can try to drag them out with me whenever we plan something. No promises though.

 

i could make my dad swing by every once in a while to boast numbers :-p

This is the kind of "club" I want to start, I don't care for stuff like having a club President, Treasurer, decals, etc. I was also thinking have a meet that riding down to the go-kart track down on Gen. Booth Blvd. (Motor World)

You do mean a BBK or better rotors and pads (I hope not with your low mileage)? Anyway I'll be down for that, I need to learn so I can do mine soon.

 

rotors and pads front are gone there were indicator is screeching and they told me the rear are glazed no BBK yet...i wish i had that money
