I plan on taking it somewhere to get paint, and also the face is not chrome, it's
painted silver.

Have them powder coated instead of painted it will hold up better with
less chance of chipping around the lug's, what color are you going with ?
I have some Ruff Racing 277's with good tires in that style wheel (gunmetal)
Im selling cheap in great shape if you know of anyone looking.

Thanks, I getting them powercoated, but I not sure what color.

If I get them black it would look something like this

or like this (Maybe I could do some time attack style )

Or gold

or leave it silver

Also I just got picked for this-->sponsored by Gi_Shu_Som Powdercoating

Don't do black, I just went from black wheels to gun metal ones. The difference in color brings a much needed contrast to make the wheel stand out. Do something unique

It's between Gold face with a polish lip or All black with Red somewhere. Gold looks good on some rim designs and black with red is like peanut butter and jelly of colors.

Also: silver rims looks so plain / average on a black car
