Ok so initial price is a tad high, but I did say "or best offer" LOL.
I see prices on cars.com for Roadsters with higher mileage and they cost $25k. The guy selling a san marino in this forum is asking $21k for a coupe w/ same mileage and year, but with an auto.
So, is $24k a reasonable asking price?

OP has the right idea. He's better off asking too much and getting lowballed than asking the right amount and still getting lowballed. I'm jealous of that car; no miles, convertible, full warranty. Must be so nice to drive.

Book value is just a tad lower, and that is if it is a pristine Touring model. You didn't specify so I gave you the benefit of the doubt:

And KBB leans a little on the high side. Good luck with the sale, but when I bought my 06 this time two years ago it was in excellent shape and I got it for $19K. And back then the 07's were already two years old and going for 26-28K.
Truth is the 350Z's don't hold their resale value very well.

The bumper to bumper warranty is nice. Is it 6 year/100,000 mile or just 100,000 miles?
And this warranty would cover rips and tears in the top?
If it was under $20K, I would seriously consider it.
btw. you need more exterior and interior pics too.
