do you trust the seller when they say clean carfax. Also you should always look into autocheck because it is much more reliable. Let me show you a thread that will explain why you always want autocheck. Also I was nice enough to run your an autocheck if you are truly serious.

I wouldnt trust anyone from Iraq or any other country buying my car! or even me wasting my time holding a car for anyone that is not in US at the given time! (had bad experience from earlier deals etc).
