Built TTZ - 03, 6sp, CS, touring, 64.5k, Mich.
General - 2003 Touring, 6 speed, Vin #JN1AZ34E23T000086. One owner car -- I bought this car from Jeffrey Nissan on 9.11.02. Car is always garaged and not driven in the winter. I have also always owned at least 1 other car at the same time as this one. Car is located in Shelby Township, Michigan. This car has never been wrecked and has never had any body damage.
Reason for selling - I got rid of my G37s and bought a 2012 GTR on March 31, 2011. I like the GTR better and I’ve only driven the Z about 1500 miles in the last year (garaged all year long but put in storage in October). I’d like to start modding the GTR but only after I sell the Z.
Engine/Exhaust - Built by Forged Performance in Marietta Georgia - Darton Modular Sleeved Block - Weisco Forged Pistons 8.8:1 Compression .020 over - Ceramic Coating on piston skirts and tops - Eagle Forged Rods with ARP rod bolts - ARP main studs - L19 head studs - Race Ported, polished, and matched heads - HKS Head Gasgets - Crawford Intake Plenum - 5 angle valve job - JWT S1 cams - JWT heavy duty valve springs - Stainless AAM return fuel system with rising rate fuel pressure regulator and Walbro 255lph pump - RC 1000cc injectors - AAM oil pan spacer with Stainless Steel Oil Return Lines - Nismo Low Temp Thermostat - Koyo Radiator with Forged Performance coolant by-pass mod - Stillen Oil Coller; Greddy Oil Catch Can; SVRT Dual 3 inch exhaust with Wastegate relocation kit and Wastegate dumps; Greddy Twin Turbos - 2 TD05-18G turbos - Greddy intercooler. Car also has a HKS turbo timer installed.
Power - the dyno sheet from Forged Performance is attached. 554 whp at 13 psi (93 oct); 596 at 16 psi (93 oct); and 632 at 17 psi on race gas.
Engine Management - HKS F-Con V Pro; V Pro Harness; HKS A/F Knock Amp, HKS wideband sensor; HKS pressure sensor, HKS Air intake sensor, HKS air temp/pressure sensor, HKS Navigator Pro, Greddy E-01 Boost Controller; Greddy Boost, Oil Temp and Exhaust Temp gauges - Turbo XS RFL blow off valve.
Drivetrain - - new 009 six speed transmission; Carbonetics triple disc carbon clutch with 1350 pressure plate - Z1 Motorsports stainless steel clutch line - Carbonetics Carbon LSD - Drive Shaft Shop Stage II ½ axles. All bought when the car was at or around 48,000 miles. New seals, bearings, gaskets, and ring and pinion installed by Forged Performance in April 2009.
Wheels/Tires/Brakes/Suspension - - Gloss Black Volk GT-7’s - 19x9.5 front (+17) 19x10.5 rear (+24); Toyo R888 tires (265/35/19 front and 295/35/19 rear) - StopTech 4 Wheel Big Brake Kit - Front and Rear - 4 piston calipers custom ZR1 candy blue color; two piece floating directional 355x32mm slotted aero/rotors; stainless steel brake lines; Axxis Pads; Cusco Sway Bars; Eibach Springs; camber and toe bolts.
Body/with Paint - Entire car repainted in July 2009 with Chrome Silver and Gloss Black Dupont Paint. Cut and rolled fenders at time of painting. M1 Motorsports V2 front bumper with canards, USDM Nismo side skirts; Veilside V1 rear valance molded to stock bumper; Data Systems rear spoiler; upgraded headlights to 2008 bi-xenon headlights (painted black); all other lights were professionally painted, cleared, and wet sanded gloss black to match car. I have pics of the car disassembled for painting (pm me if you are a serious buyer and want a few pics).
Mileage - 64,495 miles on car. Approximately 15,000 miles on built motor, drive shaft shop stage II half axles, entire fuel system, 009 six speed transmission, carbonetics triple disc clutch, carbonetics carbon 1.5 way LSD, Koyo radiator, etc.
Issues - AC works intermittently (think its related to the AC line being close to the turbos) and both window motors are out. I have a new window motor, regulator, and switch that will come with the car and I will take $500 off the price if you take the car and do window repair yourself. Or, I can have the windows fixed but price won’t be reduced.
Also included in the sale are the stock 1/2 axles.
Price $29,500 “As Is”
Seller - Shawn Grinnen. You can reach me by pm here or email at sgrinnen@lipsonneilson.com (serious inquires only please).

Wow, this is basically how I've envisioned my car to look. Same year, same color, same brakes, black volks (I'm running LE37's) and I've got a Nismo V2 front on the brain. Your car is FAWKING gorgeous! GLWS!

Hey Billy......where have you been? I know, I never thought I'd sell the car either because I love it so much, but I want to start modding the GTR and don't want to do that until the Z is gone because it doesn't make sense for me to have two highly modified cars.

Bump for Shawn!
I've seen this car a couple times and it is sheer perfection. Sorry to see him let this go but damn; I can't wait to see what he'll do to the GT-R. As you can tell by the spec, Shawn doesn't go for cheap parts or do anything halfassed. If you want a car that is setup correctly, this is it.
GLWS my friend!
