Default 05 CS Track 6spd Built - 28k miles - Twin 6062s - 900HP

Seller: Tyler Hawkins
Contact: 615-497-4142
Model: 2005 Track
Mileage: 28k
Price: $25K or trade for stock car + cash or $23k w/o wheels (you bring your own)
VIN: JN1AZ34E95M653124
Clean title and title in hand

LATEST UPDATE: The Precision 6062s have been replaced with Comp Turbo's billet 6062s. Turbos consist of Comp's proprietary Triplex Ceramic ball bearing system and also include an aluminum center section, for less weight. The turbos should spool a good bit faster, make more power, and have better transient response. The car will be retuned, sometime this week, for the new turbos.

http://www.compturbo.com/catalog/ct2billet/ct2_6062

UPDATE: Car has been retuned for 93 octane (since many people asked), and is currently sitting at 606 rwhp at 16psi on a dyno dynamics. Pulls all the way to 8200.

I have been a long time member and 350z owner, but the time has come to move on. I special ordered the car at a local dealership and officially purchased it brand new in February of 2005. It was the first Revup Track edition in Nasvhille, TN. During the first years I played around with it NA, adding headers and the usual botlons.

After I got tired of that I installed a Greddy kit on the stock block and had Sharif tune the car for 8psi. Car was a blast to drive, but it spun the #4 rod bearing (I believe due to 5w30 Royal Purple). So, the engine came out and got built with a new crank. Went back to Sharif and had the car tuned for 19psi. The car was even more of a blast to drive and never had an issue out of anything, except the crappy Greddy turbo feed lines leaked some.

After I got tired of the Greddy kit at 19psi, I had a local shop in Nasvhille, TN (Carma Performance), build me the beast you see today. At the time I had a pretty severe case of horsepower addition, so I built the car with 4 digits in mind.

Fast forward to today. A lot has changed in my life and I have come to realize I do not have the same HP addiction I once had. I have always been a fan of road racing, so I purchased a 95 M3 that is fully gutted, caged, and prepped for track days. With this new found hobby, I don't have the money, time, or need for such a highly modified 350z. This is the reason it is for sale.

The car is very fast, and while very fun, is also a hand full. I offer anyone that is interested in purchasing the car to come take a look and they can see the car in, out, and on a lift. The car has a true 28k original miles with around 8-9k on the motor since it was originally built.

While the car was at Carma, the engine was gone through, built up, and freshened for the new power that awaited. The heads were taken off and the DE headgaskets were replaced with HR and the L17 headstuds were replaced with L19. On the bottom end, the engine got new bearings and checked all clearances, repalced the stock main bolts with ARP studs, and the stock main girdle was replaced with an Injected Performance billet girdle. The car has around 1k miles on the new build.

The car is tuned for e85 and put down 725rwhp @ 23psi on a dyno dynamics (800+ on a dynojet), and made 800rwhp on the same dyno but the injectors were close to max on e85, so we bumped the power down. It could easily make more power with bigger injectors, or swapping to c16.

I will consider trading for cars that are stock or close to stock. Additional cash will be discussed if your trade's value is less than mine. Only reason for accepting trades is I realize getting a loan for a car like this would be somewhat difficult unless you brought money to the table. Cars that I would trade for have to be in good condition and something that I could quickly sell.

Any top engine shots?

No aftermarket oil cooler? Were the water lines hooked up to the turbos? Picture showing the install does not have them but that may not be the final setup. I know with my greddy kit the oil gets hot from cooling the bearing sections. Didnt know if the added water cooling would help hold back the need for an aftermarket oil cooler.

Car looks mean and clean! Love the wheel/tire combo.

I will get some engine bay and interior pics.

Car currently doesn't have an aftermarket oil cooler, which would be easy to add. I do not track the car of any sort. With the good sythetic oil and oil pan spacer, there really isnt a need for cruising.

The turbos are journal bearing, so no water lines. Reason I went that route is because when I ordered the turbos, it was when Precision was selling a ton of the billet turbos and the wait time for ball bearing was going to be 3 months or longer. The ball bearing would spool marginally faster anyways. Just downshift and problem solved.

Thank you for the complement! I am a big fan of stock body and big rubber.

Beautiful car man. A lot of nice parts and hard work. I hate to see you getting rid of it. I wanted another high powered Z to terrorize the streets of Nashville with me! Good luck with the sale man.
