I bought the car in May 2010 with 7,000 miles from a BWM dealership. I am the second owner excluding the short stay at the dealership. In the last 18 months I've put 13,000 miles on it. I've already got a 240sx so I needed a car capable of handling an expanding family, so I bought a Mazdaspeed3. I'm pretty firm on the price for the time being. If you are serious about buying the car I'd be willing to take it to any Nissan dealership in the metro for an inspection at your expense.
