FS: Your expert advice on the value of my Z ?

I hope this is the right section for my inquiry here.
In summary, I'm looking for some pricing advice.
I have a black 2007 automatic, which I believe is a touring model. I bought it a few years ago from the original owner, who literally drove it off the showroom floor when it was new.
It only has 37k miles on it, and has been garaged it's entire life. The original female owner bought it as a second car, and only drove it occasionally and only on nice weather days.
I always thought the 350z was a really good looking car, so I bought it for my girlfriend to drive when she sold her SUV of 12 years and thought she wanted to get into something sporty.
I also bought this particular car because it is so clean, low mileage, always garaged, etc etc.
Sadly, my girlfriend drove it less than a month, and she decided that the swing from a big SUV to the 350z was too much, so she bought a 4 door sedan.
At the time, I thought I'd keep the car for myself and drive it occasionally.
I then came across a set of 19 inch 370z Rays Forged wheels, which are really sharp. So I had those put on by a mechanic shop I found that specializes in Z cars.
While the car was there getting the wheels put on, and a new set of front brake pads and an oil change, the shop owner talked me into installing LED light bars in replacement of the reflectors in the front air dam/spoiler (like the 370z has). They look awesome on the 350 as well.
He also found that the cooling fan needed to be replaced. Apparently the original fan trays are notorious for failing. So that's been done already.
I still have the original 350z wheels, stored in my cool dry basement. (They are in need of tires).
Both the 350 and the 370 wheels are free of curb rash, and they are in fantastic shape. I am a freak when it comes to brake dust and these wheels have been kept clean by the previous owners, and definitely by me.
The 370 wheels have Michelin Pilot AS/3 Sport tires with less than 6000 miles on them. Both sets of wheels would come with the car.
The windows have been professional tinted as well. And it has the little factory spoiler on the hatch.
Everything else is 100% stock.
This car is VERY clean and is in great condition.
The mechanic even asked me where I got the car. He commented that the undercarriage is incredibly clean and that he could easily tell the car has not been driven in anything but ideal weather conditions.
The interior is also in fantastic shape. The leather seats do not have any tears or rips etc. And this car has NEVER been smoked in.
It does has some of the common peeling on the inside door handles and the latch for the compartment cover above the radio. (seems like every 350 has this issue...sadly).
I really hate to part with the car, but I just don't drive it enough to justify keeping it. And I could use the garage space.
I live in SW Atlanta, and I'm an avid motorcyclist. So I spend my free time riding sport bikes in the north Georgia mountains, which means the Z is just not being driven and enjoyed like it should be.
That said, the book price on the car is far lower than what I have in it. And I initially paid a premium for the car itself due to it's low mileage and condition, plus the other investments in 370z wheels/tires and the LED bars etc.
So although I would consider selling it, I wont just give it away, and I'm not interested in taking a huge loss on it either.
This car is ideal for someone looking for a very well cared for, stock 350z, with low mileage, that has a few very tasteful cosmetic upgrades.
This car has not been driven hard, at all.
So the question is, whats is it "really" worth. ?
I'd appreciate any pricing recommendations from you Z experts, so I don't post the car for sale too high, or too low.
If the consensus ends up being very low, I'll just keep it.
But, someone really should be enjoying it.

At the end of the day the mods and recent maintenance have no impact on market value. Look for similar cars for sale, the year mileage and transmission are the largest factors. Newer, lower miles, tends to bring up the price. Automatic tends to bring down the price. Color also comes into play, silver and white seem to take longer to sell.
Best guess, $10k ish. Short of the NISMO's thee cars seem to top out around $12 these days.

This car is in very good condition. It's probably about as close to being like a new car that you could find, and actually better with the extras. And heck, a new regular economy type car cost far more than that.
I was concerned that this might be the situation, I'm not going to take such a huge loss.

This is also how I feel.
Car also doesn't have some of the stuff fixed that at this point it needs. Gallery gaskets, diff bushing, front control arm bushings, full fluids from the sound of it. I would bet the car might get 7 or 8 private party. Less as a trade in.

I am in a similar situation. I also own a 2007 Black Grand Touring I bought 2 years ago for 10k.
I baby it, and installed a few other tasteful mods (Motordyne Exhausts, ART pipes, Stillen Intakes, Nismo 370z V1 wheels, CMAK kit, flywheel / clutch etc) totaling around 7k-8k.
I probably put on a total of 15k miles on it since purchase.
Right now the most I could expect for the car is 10k unfortunately.. The only way to recoup the dollars is to sell the modification parts individually.

Auto trans is going to drag the price down some. Also a bit unrealistic on your part to expect 12k for this car. $8700 - $10k depending on the buyer and the condition of the car.
Z's, even low mileage non-modded units, aren't that difficult to find if you are patient.

I understand that a car is typically a depreciating asset.
Unfortunately I paid a bit too much for the car initially, which at the time I justified due to the condition.
And although I then put even more into the car, I realize that was just to dress it up a bit, and that the extra investment isn't really recoverable. And that's fine.
Bottom line, and based on the value and going prices all of you have indicated, I've decided that I'm just going to keep the car and drive it occasionally.
Taking such a huge loss is something that I just can't stomach. I'd rather turn the car into my daily driver, drive it for 100k miles or more, and "then" sell it for whatever it would bring at that time.
Even then, mine would be in better shape that most the Z's I see on the road.

At the end of the day it only matters what the car is worth to you.
i was watching a Jay Leno’s Garage episode where he restored a 1961 Corvair Rampside Pickup. At one point he mentions that he bought it for $600 but goes on to say ‘This is one of those cars that you buy for 600 bucks, spend 50k restoring it, and then sell it for $12,500.’
