best way to clean oxidized headlight??
my headlights are getting oxidized and turning a little yellow, what is the best cleaner to make them look new/newer. is there a special plastic cleaner or is there a home remedy thats better

Ive had great results with plastic X. If its bad enough, you may need to wet sand first with very fine sand paper, 2000 grit (use light pressure). Then follow up with the plastic polish.

I used to use PlastX, but found it didn't last more than 2 weeks in the exceptionally harsh climatic conditions in NZ.
For over a year and a half I've been using the Turbo Wax range including the Headlight Restoration. I used this product the first time in January, and I've only just re-did them this month, that's pretty damn good going. It's quite a gentle way to clean the oxidation off our silly plastic headlights, and it's highly effective and doesn't take much effort, even better.

Definitely worth trying IMO.
