Has anyone else broke the RJM cluth pedal?

Has anyone else broke the RJM cluth pedal?
Not trying to spread negativity here because I think the pedal is top 5 best mods for our cars. But was wondering if anyone else broke the fork or clevis in half? It's the part that connects to the push rod going through to the engine bay. I looked on the website and seems like he has a replacement kit.
Maybe it was my error when installing it? Had it on the car for 3 years before it broke

The fork or clevis snapped in half, it's the part that connects to the push rod to the engine bay. It's a U shaped piece. Seems like it needs to me made wider because the stress on it fatigued the metal and snapped off directly around the threaded hole. I can take pictures later.
I have been using the clutch pedal for probably 70,000 miles. I got it when it first came out. Since then there has been revisions so maybe this was looked at and corrected?

Ryan from RJM contacted all of his buyers a long time ago about this issue or potential issue. I think like two people out of all his buyers had seen a glitch occur one way or another, which is resolved now as he immediately addressed the issue to a high degree of overkill.
He's developed a replacement fork that is much thicker.
Contacting RJM would make more sense than contacting us to be honest, Ryan is very helpful and an honest guy.
Hope that helps,

I agree Ryan is a great guy, I emailed him but he hasn't responded yet. I just wanted to see if anyone else had the issue in the mean time. So that is exactly the info I needed! Thanks
Again I am in no way bashing the product or trying to do anything behind his back

my gripe with RJM is that they sent an email identifying a safety issue and wanted more money to fix it. Why do the early adopters on here always get screwed?
Sorry bro but as a company he should replace those parts for free because he has a lot of liability on him and a lawyer will take that email and run his LLC out of business.

i replied w a similar email.. but honestly the guy said it straight " i make (null) dollars doing this.. its just a hobby to suppor the car i love etc etc.. ".. among other sentiments.. it made reasonable sense..and i decided to leave my v1 installed for now.
Far more fires to deal with at the moment lol.

Ryan really hooked me up. With any product, early adapters can in some cases be the testers. I don't care as long as the seller works with you. OEM even has problems and they are billion dollar corporations. Anything can break just sucks when it does
I will post pictures of the part that broke when I remove it from the car

From everything that I've read and from my own experience, Ryan seems like a stand-up guy who sells a great product.
Really made me enjoy my Z, as before the upgrade I didn't enjoy driving this manual as much as every other one I've had in the past.
IMO, it's not reasonable to expect a small business like his (or many others) to back everything 100% indefinitely, like some seem to expect. (not the OP here, as he clarified his position very well).

Yea he is a small business so what he has done so far is outstanding. I honestly did not expect him to cover it, but it just shows how he stands by his product and will assume the responsibility.
Lucky he is still around, I probably would have ended up jimmy rigging something to "fix" the issue.
