Clutch advice
Hey guys,
Two years since I blew my motor on the track, the vehicle was finally running and collecting some break-in miles.
I went in for my "final" tune and Friday and my clutch gave up the ghost at 400ft/lb.
Back to the shop we go - this time for a new clutch. I'm soliciting advice from the gurus here about what to get.
My favourite shop carries Exedy and ACT and I'd like to support them, but I really want the best clutch for my needs.
Car will have two boost maps - one around 500rwhp one at whatever the tuner can eke out safely. Target is 575-600rwhp.
Car is driven on the street occasionally in nice weather. When I drive on the street, I do, admittedly, have fun with my toy.
The car is also track a few times a year and there I do want performance and reliability.
I was considering the Exedy triple carbon but am fearful of the drivability.
Any suggestions from guys who have been here? I really just want my car to be DONE for a bit.
Thanks

However, i would like to know when you have the clutch install and a review on it.
