Default Aftermarket seat help

Hey, like the title says, i have seats from my e36 that i want to put into my base model 350z. I have been reading on this forum and searching on google, im pretty sure i understand what to do, but there still seems to be something im not getting. Im not worried about bolting in the seats, but i need a clearer explanation.

The car is a 2005 base model 350z, manual non heated seats. Both seats only have 1 white connection from the car to each seat. I understand i do not have the occupancy sensor, that is in the 2007 and 2008 only models correct? I do not see a yellow plug under the seat, that is only for the airbag. Is the white plug just got to the seat belt recepticle to let the car know there is a person in the seat? Does this mean if i use the factory belts with my aftermarket seats, i wont get the airbag light?

Ive read about the resistors, and ive read 2 different things. One says wired in series, the other says wired in parallel. So i need the resistor with out seat airbags? Sorry for the long post.

If its base and does NOT have the side air bags, stock seat belt will be fine. If there IS side airbags, youll need a restrictor.

awesome! So if no side airbags and no seat sensor, no resistor? You just made my day! Thank you!
