Default Question on drilling holes in trunk/boot for Nitrous enrichment tank

Gonna keep this short and simple I plan to install a standalone fuel cell for nitrous in the trunk/boot and I want to know If i can drill all the way through the bottom or is it a double walled type deal like the trunk lid?

I plan to have 3 holes all using bulkhead fittings to get through and make a seal, 1 for the breather line, 1 for the main feed line and another for the return on the bypass regulator as I am told dead heading a regulator can cause vaporlock issues on a street car.

Thanks for any info!
