VMR Wheels
I recently purchased my 350z and have been beating my head about what wheels to buy for it. Offsets, brands, knockoffs, sizes... ......blah blah blah you get it. However, I come from the Audi/VW family of vehicles and have had a lot of high quality wheels on my Audi's. However, I also purchased VMR wheels for my Avant in the past and have had no issues with them what so ever. I also wanted a cheap wheel for the Nissan because its a daily driven car and I wont cry my eyes out when the wheels get a little curb rash on them...
One problem, VMR has great offsets and sizes but the bolt patterns are all made for Audi/BMW platforms. I contacted VMR who forwarded my email to one of their distributors who can drill the wheels to 5x114.3 bolt pattern for $75 per wheel. Total for my V713's in 19x9.5 +22 offset drilled to fit with shipping was 1350.00...Now the UPS waiting game starts
Once they get here I will post photos when they are on the car.
cheers,
DC

I will more then likely go with a 245 or 255 to give it a stretched look in the back and might even put a 5mm or 10mm spacer in the back and slam the car as far as possible.

Did you look into Forgestar, they have a similar BBS-style wheel thats concave with more variable offsets/widths, finishes etc for probably the same price or less.
G35 guys are looking into it as well, apparently a g35-X sedan already has them.

WTF
I created a post about wanting the HRE p40's for the 350z. I too am familiar with companies like VMR having owned an e46 M3. I asked them the same question to see if I could get some for the Z and they said they wont fit(obviously)... but didnt mention anything about being able to drill for us.
I hope this works out... because if it does alot of 350z owners are in for a treat. VMR makes great wheel designs for a really affordable price.
Keep us posted.
