Question

The Bose system is only available in the Touring model, which is essentially a *non-enthusiast* model, so yes, it is possible, but I don't think that's what you're asking?

Couple of things to help:

1.) The harnesses for the Bose system may not be present in the non-Bose autos. You'll want to check, but my review of the factory service manual seems to indicate that the harnesses are different.

2.) Anytime you change stock systems post-factory, it's usually more expensive, more time consuming, and more effort than it's worth to do. I can speak from experience, the Bose system in the Z's is fairly complicated to get into and make modifications. You might be better off just going aftermarket for components.

Good luck with your decision.
