I dunno, I haven't had any problems with the system. I haven't used the auto feature much , pretty much leave it on about 70 and a low fan setting. If I change to the front defroster, the AC comes on, but otherwise, it's off. Personally, I like fresh air, so that default isn't a problem.

I'm also one of those people that doesn't turn on the seat heaters. I'm not really sure how so many people are doing that.

Yeah, I knew what you meant, too. Didn't need to take chemistry to know this, didn't you see Apollo 13? They almost died from too much CO2.
