Default What? No Floormats?

After picking up my Z Saturday, I have now noticed that I do not have any floormats. I remebered seeing the $69 option that one could choose. I did not choose the option because I figured that the $69 floormats were a special "Z" floormat, and assumed that a standard floormat would come with the car. I have now learned the hard way that all Nissan Cars do not come with floormats, and if you want them you must pay $69. This was no fault of my dealer because I never asked them and is my own stupidity I guess. I just wanted to let everyone else know so they won't make the same mistake. I can't believe a 30K+ car does not come with a standard floormat!

I thought that was pretty weird, too. My dealer actually told me that the car wouldn't come with floormats unless I ordered them, and I was seriously surprised. I've never had to pay extra for those things before and I've special ordered a couple of cars! Oh well, at least they didn't make the price ridiculous for 'em.

Default floormats

Actually, several cars I've owned charged extra for floormats. The reason being that a number of people want their own after market mats. Knowing that, I purchased the mats w/my preorder, including the trunkmat, they weren't expensive and I didn't care to buy from the aftermarket.
