I'm a big fan of run what ya brung.
Who cares if your car is 2 seconds faster than the next, if you can't drive it and get beat and you still lost. I dislike this talk of "with equal drivers blah blah". The better combination will win, period. Sort of like a pro with a $200 camera will take waaay better pics than a noob with a $5000 camera.
It's possible a Z can get beat by an Altima, even on the track. The Z is def faster but someone has to get it to the ground. Even so, the Z looks better so w/e. Same when you compare to an STi/EVO.
