Dealer Service Evals
Hey guys,
Quick question about these evals (I just got my first after a routine oil change). My service manager (a good guy) told me that he wanted his dealership to do "excellent" on my eval...and I think they did a good job and want to reward them.
That said, I certainly do not think they bent over backwards to help me...which is what I call excellent dealer service. For example, they wouldn't fight NNA to get me some front tires as some dealers do.
Here's the issue. I've heard that if they don't get "excellent" in all areas that the service dept gets in trouble. Is this true? How do you guys evaluate your dealers?
I ask this question only because I like my service dept and want them to be rated well. That said there is definitely room for improvement.
