Hit an icy/wet spot on the highway back end came around hit a big ditch. I am thankfull no one was hurt. More pics to come. Do you think it is totaled; engine still starts, both airbags went off. front suspension may or may not be damaged.

Most likely it will be due to frame damage.

The rear end on this car snaps out of shape in a hurry. I won't drive it in icy weather.

I am sorry to bust your bubble, but that is in no way totalled. Bodyshops have frame pullers and such devices that can straighten that thing out( heard that sometimes it does better than factory specs). Anyways, I bet thats less than 10k worth of damage. My accord had worse than that and it wasnt even totalled at 10k bucks.

I would refuse to allow a shop to fix a car that had frame damage.
If my car had 10k of damage and it wasnt totalled out id be taking action.
Id bet that Z = done.

It definatly makes me sad; my Z went from perfect save one very small rock chip to this. It happened 500ft from my girl friends house I just droped her off, thank God I was the only one in the car. I can deal with a messed up car but not someone elses injuries on my conscience.
