Yep, you might need to drive on some boards to be able to get a good floor jack under the front of the car.

Where could I get those adapters for the jack stands?

From the picture I'm guessing, I lift it up with a jack in either the front or back, and place two jack stands on both sides of the front or back with the adapters.

Thanks guys, now where to find these adapters

You can get it from here jcwhitney. That's where I got mine. It's called a Trolley Block (spelling). With my trolley jack attaced to my jack, It does not clear the car. I have to drive up on a 2x4 to get enough clearance to place the jack and trolly block underneath the car.

when i jack up the car i first use the little jack that comes with the car to add some clearance then slide the floor jack under and lift it up enough to put the jack stands under. but you have to remember to not lower the floor jack all the way down before you put the little jack back in place. it's probably just easier to drive up 2x4.

this is what i got. if you're taking the y pipe also then you need to raise the front also unless you're a skinny guy then you can squeeze yourself under the car.

Get some Rhino ramps (about $18.00 at Walmart) and drive the front end up. Then use your floor jack and jack stands (safety first!) to lift the rear.
Have fun!

I just made my own trolley blocks. Had some 1" thick hard rubber lying around so I cut some 3" square blocks and then cut a 1/8" wide groove through the middle about 1/2" deep. That slides over the joint in the lower sill that protrudes below the car.
