Looks kinda cool actually, I don't know if I'd go through the effort to do that to my car, but its definitely NOT rice!

Definitely not rice... well maybe the colored ones are. But in all honesty I think its a great idea that is very functional as well. The definition of rice in my mind are worthless little do-dads added to a car for purely aesthetic reasons... like those 50lb wings on the backs of 100hp fwd civics, or gaudy decals running the length of the car. These lights may actually save your Z from some damage when some soccer mom driving her 5000lb gas guzzler decides to change lanes at the same time as you into the same lane with only a casual glance.
