How do you mean? Things that may happen over time are oxidation and scratches dulling the finish and UV rays fading the base silver color. Polish will put that shine back in it and the metallic flakes in the paint will always be there. The base paint may get a little lighter due to UV but keeping it garaged while not driving it will help.
How could anyone possibly answer this question, or for that matter, tell you this? The car just came out. The oldest ones are only 4 months old. Ask this question in 3 years.......... Don't worry about it now.

Even though Nissan's paint quality is crap. It will not grey/gray out. My 4runner's 7 yo and the color never changed one bit.
All paint exposed to the weather and ultra violet radiation will change color. Newer clear coat holds-up better than the old technique of several layers of enamel paint. One advantage of old enamel paint is the you can remove the top damaged layer (compounding) and under it is fresh paint. Not true with clear coat.

As mentioned above, the metal flake will not fade, but the paint could fade over time (10+ years) if mis-cared for.
