Its the new flywheel. Most of the time when you get a performance "thing" for trannies its gonna make more noises.

You can't advance the timing on our cars unless he flashed the ECU. We use coil packs that are fired by the computer so there is nothing to adjust to advance the timing.

Yes you can advance the timing at Nissan. Never did a b4 and after dyno, not worth it when the dyno costs as much as the mod or even more.

I think I lost my 'advance' when I installed stuff on my car. I disconnected my battery for a while and I think it might have reset my computer. I have been to lazy to take it back and see if the advance is still "present".

most nissan techs are idiots

they don't know much other how to put on basic parts

they can also hook up their computer to show you any codes

they have no clue usually how to actually adjust your ecu/timing even though it is possible

at least that's how it is around the local AZ dealers i've been to - not saying they're all like that, but i'm usually not expecting knowledgable people to be working on my car

Yeah but this guy knows alot about the 350Z. He is the only tech that works on them. Yes I did feel a difference! Not sure if it was my imagination or not though.

Be weary if your gonna do it, cause they could say they did it but really didnt. And no you will not see numbers from the flywheel.
