Don't get them... You will lose light output. There really are no pros. Anything higher than 4300k is dimmer than 4300K. Many people with other cars like Honda, etc. that don't have HIDs upgrade their headlights by doing an HID retrofit. They get OEM projectors from luxury cars and use 4300K bulbs. The Z already comes with the best setup. The projectors also have plenty of color.
If you want more color, the only other bulbs I recommend are Philips Ultinon 6000K bulbs. They have a nice purple color and it is Philips quality. Philips only makes 3 different kinds of bulbs: 4300K, 5000K, and 6000K. 4300K bulbs will colorshift to 5000K after about 150 hours of use. Thus, Philips made a 5000K bulb to match an old bulb if one happens to burn out. The 6000K is not intended for legal on-road use, but you're not going to get pulled over for something stupid like that. Overall, I think you would be very satisfied with the amount of color and light output of the Philips 6000K.
