Two ways...

One use a short screw driver to get the screws out or remove the rear tires to get to the two screws.

Quick question, is there any protection, tape, rubber or anything between the bumper and the splash guard? I plan to take mine off as soon as I get it but I don't want to pull them off and see that under them it is covered with scratches and then make more trying to put them back on.

I didnt have a short screw driver so I took a bit used for my power drill, and got a pair of needle nose pliers. Stuck the bit into the screw and litle by little turned it.

I used a small ratchet screwdriver on the 2 screws facing the rear tires.

Don't forget... there's a 3rd screw on the underside.
