i still dont see it, im looking for whats different in the engines themselves, just the engines not the rest of te car, that gives the engine the extra 13hp that they are rating it at 300 instead of the old 287.....what did they change inside the engine to gain this hp

You owe me, $3.25 for 2 minutes of work, [/B][/QUOTE] :

That is funny!! You must be a lawyer to make 3.25$ for 2 minutes of your time. hahah Seriously though, take it easy on the new guys. The guy your telling to seach has a total of 2 posts, you have like 3500 post. This sight is to be a way to get info quickly and easily. Some people would rather ask the question and hope a nice, bored at work, indivdual, will give it to him while he makes a cup a coffee for him self, rather than use a search engine. So be it. Keep the stupid questions coming people, someone will eventually answer it. lol

I'm the "nice, bored at work, individual"...

taken from www.nissannews.com

The engine, which is available only with the 6-speed manual transmission, produces 300 horsepower versus the standard 287-horsepower V6.
The 35th Anniversary Z®’s engine has been modified using revised pistons and camshaft and the addition of electronic exhaust valve timing control.

hope that helps. But next time, do try search...you might get even more info than u asked for.
