350Z Bra,

Just buy a retrofit kit, I purchased & installed this kit from the same seller...

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eB...spagename=WDVW

The lights are amazing!! It took a whopping 1hr to install.. (removing of tires and fender liner took a bit) otherwise easy install, great quality product.

Good Luck,

Sully

Bought my conversion kit from JUN here on the boards. He uses factory OEM parts and its very easy (no splicing or cutting). I decided on him after a lot of research because if i ever wanted to go back to stock Xenon's it would be no hassle.

It was suprisingly affordable too, I recommend it.

I don't know about this. 8500k light temperature is pretty darn blue. You might be cites for such a violet/blue light.

I say more like 6500k (MAX) (it's still pretty blue) and more like 4-5500k for optimum light performance.

Maximum light output (and efficiency) is at 4300k.

I highly doubt that. Performance-wise, kits are no where near close to projectors, or even the hybrid-projectors the upper model Z's have.

Most of the time, information like this is pointless. They just care about how pretty the blue or purple looks, even though its glaring the crap out of oncoming drivers.
