well its over for most of us...
I donno bout you guys, but Ive been following this baby for over a year. waiting patiently, Will we see new pictures!? whats the HP??? what kind of engine? how much will it weight???
and who can forget the ever popular "inside sources" that would come out each week, what happened to the elusive 315hp? or the 5.2sec 0-60?
it all started as this 4cyl
Im sure this baby grabbed some of your hearts as well. and now just a year or 2 later here we are, zooming around in our nice shiny Zs.
no more bickering about pictures of this and that. argueing about what it would end up being.
I must say I kinda miss it, and now that its here I wouldnt have passed up this past year of anxious waiting for anything.
anyway, its 2:32 here, and I just thought Id share. Im sure Im not the only one that feels this way.

The wait did get pretty intense on occassion.
Looking back..... yea..... I enjoyed it all.
But thankfully only the wait is over (again, for most of us). I'm going to enjoy the next part of our 350Z journey, as much as I looked forward to ending the waiting part of it.

I've been following Z sites since about January, and I was following the Z for a while before that. The wait was pretty exciting, trying to find out any little scrap of info on the car, or going to car shows and dealerships trying to catch a glimpse of a Z.
I think it will probably get even more exciting from here though. It will be fun to see what comes out for the Z in the next year or so, how much power it can make, what kind of awards it will win, etc.

I know what you mean!
I have been anxious about this car since I first heard about it. I was looking for a new car at the time and there really wasnt anything out there. At the time I could not imagine waiting as long as I did for the Z to come out. I wanted something right away, and on top of that I didnt think I would be able to afford it. Well, the wait is almost over and I pick up my SS Z in about 5 hours. I get about a 2.5 hr fairwell trip with my Acura CL-S. It has been a good car, but that automatic has got to go. We will have to meet up some time ares.

I am happy for all of you but still wallowing in my own pit of sorrow as I pre-ordered in June and don't have diddly squat as of yet. Not even a VIN.
I truly hope it is worth the wait as over the years (many of them) I have owned several different high performance cars (1967 350 SS Camaro, 1967 GTO, 1994 Vette). I was impressed by all three. I hope the Z lives up to its hype.
