cop was obviouslly GAY jill he should have gave you a pass must be qouta time.
the cops in ny exspecialy up in the hamptons around summer time are ******** they look for any little thing to build up revenue.
and i can garenntee a no front liscence plate ticket for me this summer but who cares F them.
YOU DONT HAVE TO GO TO COURT
you can plead not guilty and show them a copy of your registration mail it to them with the ticket it normally works. the D.A will dismmiss it.
but do it right away like zoro says within a few days or it wont work.
next time where a skirt

Just spoke with my lawyer friend, Jill.
He said try the police department. They can usually take care of that kind of nonsense right there. If you show them your registration, they might just waive the ticket. Also, there shouldn't be any court fees if you do go to court for this. The judge should dismiss it pretrial...

Zgirl I was going to suggest you do like one of my daughters does, cry! She has been stopped many times and it has worked every time. I'm thinking about trying it myself
But when I read the part about " So me, the smart@ss I am, say "Actually, the insurance isn't that bad"...heheh...I like to have the last word." I figure your not the type who would stoop that low.

And Tom, thanks for your always inspiring words.

ok jill, lol, lets take the philosophical approach and say that tickets are small reminders of where we have been in life... To be able to enjoy the freedoms of being in a country where things like this are a mere hinderence of some of the importnat things in life... deep huh? , but seriously, dont stoop to any tricks just investigate and see what can be done, if nothing then so be it, It waont access any points on your license or record, so its just an incoveinence, as far as him using protocol, hard to say, but no one was hurt. so its allllll good...Rob
