Thanks, so one adjusts the front edge of seat and the other adjusts height of entire seat? Is this useful or do you keep it as low as it goes?

Those ***** are the biggest PITA to adjust. While driving, forget about it, with the door closed, forget about it.

It only works for me with the door open. And the seat barely moves in either direction. Total waste if you ask me.

Here is a pic, it was on ebay. Here is a link to entire car.....I saw this car in person at the dealership. This is the dealership were I bought mine. On the sticker they marked it up like $6000 for the chrome wheels and nismo kit and the kit wasn't even installed that well.

i have it on my '04, and it was on an '03 i test drove. Both Touring models, so maybe it is model specific.

Anyway, for me, this adjustment is VERY important. If not for this, I would not fit comfortably in this car and would not have been able to buy it (6'5" tall). The front **** tilts the front of the seat up and down, while the back tilts the back. So I have the front set all the way up and the back set all the way down. This is the only way my long legs can have the support (and room) they need while driving.

The '03 touring only has one ****, the front one, that tilts the front end of the seat.

my 04 touring only has one **** as well, mine doesn't have the knee pads either. My build date was July 03 so maybe it was a change later on in the 04 year. Oh well, my seats are great without it.....I just wondered what it did.

I have the two ***** on my 04 Touring. The front **** adjust the front height of the seat where your knees rest and the back **** adjusts your butt height.

EDIT: Build date May 04

That's weird. I could have sworn the one I drove had 2. Actually, I'm positive it must have. If it didn't, the Z would have been off my shopping list due to me not being able to fit comfortably.

BTW, my '04 build date was Oct. '03, for those keeping score.

'04 touring roadster here with both *****.

July '04 build date.

This is interesting...seems like they made them for a while, stopped, then started doing it again. WEIRD! LOL
