Default 350Z causes inferiority complex for non-Z owners?

Is it me or everyone and their grandma seem to want to race the 350Z? Anyways, here is what's been happening lately....
So far, at different time and day, I have had the pleasure of Z-06, Supra, Z28, 911, Boxster S, and a S2000 pulling up next to me... then start revving their engine and then peeling out... For what reason I still don't understand....
Anyways, I think the funniest one has got to be the Supra. As I pull up to a light with a station wagon in my lane in front of me. He is on the left lane as the first car in the that lane. While waiting for the light to change, he revved his engine then launched as the light changed. I took my sweet old time short shifting around 2500rpm to the next light. I'm still breaking in my car. The station wagon is still in front of me. I figure he must felt like he scored a kill? The part I really don't understand is why he kept on doing it for the next 3 lights. Even though I'm just cruising along. I then made a right turn to get on the freeway so I didn't see if he continue to launch his car at the light. My conclusion? I guess the 350Z just giving these guys an inferiority complex? btw, the guy had a girl in the car, so he must really have impressed her....

Anyone else experience this phenomenon?

Hehe, people are so stupid. I didn't buy my car to win any races either. Somehow it just doesn't matter to me either.

Inferiority complex? How about raw fear?

Ever since that "Fast and the Furious" movie, I've got Mustangs, Z28s, Corvettes, etc cowering like schoolgirls when they see my stock 1997 Supra Turbo.

Being a family man, I don't drive aggressively. This Supra image is bizarre.

Default List of Kills....

I happened to notice your list of kills did not include a single M series cars. Are we a little apprehensive??

Hey Last WS6.... what kind of numbers is that 03 Cobra pulling?? That moster should flat out haul ***. I owned a few 5 liters (86 & 87 GT's) in the mid 90's. I must admit, they are/were the best bang for the buck on the street.
But then again- after college I got a real job.... now it's all M3's from here. There truly is no substitute!!! LATER

The cobra is hard as hell to launch with this IRS. I was able to get it down to 13.04 with a 2.2 60ft @ 110 MPH. Stock for stock this thing will eat my WS6.

Just checked out your site... Not bad numbers on the dyno. Must be great to turn on some instant hp & tq @ 2500+.
I'd still run you though.... nothing like having some fun in a couple fast cars!! LATER

tell me about it. for the past three years i've been looking for a nice low mileage mkiv supra but I cant find anything decent for under 30k. There is no way i'm going to pay over $30,000 for a ten year old car with 40,000 miles that cost 40K when new.
