Thinking about trading in my 03 Touring for 05 Track

The Nissan auto (at least the '04) is supposedly one of the best.
A friend has a 968 with the Tiptronic. Every time he lifts off the gas, the car upshifts. Not a good thing when you have to get back on the gas to balance the car, and even worse when it downshifts just as the car is getting balanced again!

I have no aspiration to be a drag racer or anything so I am not iching for the stick.
You people thinking of losing your *** off just to trade your Z in for a manual, think of this. Instead of dumping probably close to an extra 6-10k on a new car that is essentially the same car, dump around 5k into a supercharger and the rest of the money on whatever the hell else you want. The 5AT w/ a monster charger is a beast. You will be smoking those fools in the 6MT left and right.
