Good review from credible source..
Over the weekend one of my good friends finally got a chance to drive my car. You guys might think no big deal but hes also a professional race car driver. Some of you guys in the northeast might have heard of him, Elivan Goulart www.elivangoulart.com Hes won karting championships, formula 500 championships and formula scca championships and set records in all those classes too.
He drives a g35 sedan so hes familiar with the power, but after he took it for a drive he couldn't get over how much of a car it was, for the price and just overall. He was very impressed by the handling and acceleration too. I dunno, this is a pretty pointless post but it just made me feel proud to have some one used to driving race cars, be impressed by a $30,000 Nissan sports car. Just thought I'd share.

Well he has the sedan (2004) with slightly less horsepower and automatic so there are quite a few differences. He pretty much said the biggest difference is suspension, other then that its all basic stuff such as speed and luxury and what not. He wanted the coupe over the Z because of the 4 seats, but it was so much more a month to lease, like 80 more a month, overall hes happy with the sedan though.
I have to tell you its a really weird feeling to be in the passenger seat of your baby when some one takes it sideways. It was all good though.
Also I got the chance to drive his sedan and while sedans dont impress me too much I really enjoyed the g35, the manumatic mode was really impressive.
He used to fly out to California to help teach some AMG racing thing, I have no idea, it was basically a bunch of people with AMG Mercedes that wanted to drive fast around a track, and he said after driving both manumatic modes on the AMGs and the g35 hes much more impressed with the g35.
