Default Couple questions i'd like to ask please.

i will most likely be getting a Z if im getting a new car at all, and was just wondering if anyone knows the answer to any of these questions...

1st off, will the 06 Z's offer any new colors? (although the current blue is nice, i would prefer a darker one) and if not, would i be able to get nissan to have the infiniti Twilight Blue color paint on a Z instead? (a bit far fetched?)

2nd... anyone know of any major changes besides the interior change... and does anyone know how big of an interior change it will be?

3rd... do u guys think the 06' Z's will come w/ the new 300hp 260tq engine that comes w/ the current track/35th's? and whats up w/ all the rumors about a new hardcore super Z? :X

ok anyways... if anyone could answer any of these questions, i would much appreciate it.

Probably not on the paint change; I tried that with a Toyota I was looking at a few years ago. I went as high as the President's office of Toyota USA but "no" was the bottom line.

No one knows what changes will occur in 06; my opinion is very few since the car is relatively new. On the engine it might be tweaked to the 300 HP but that change is more show than go.

I would, however, expect a "special Z" version in 2007 as that is the year that the new "Supra" and various other cars will make their debut.

thanks for the replies...

hrmm, the reason im asking is because with my old car.. i got an e46 328i... the very next year they came out w/ the 330's... which really ticked me off.

i dont want the same thing to happen to me w/ the 350 if i get one haha

also...... i have been hearing that enthusiast is the way to go for these Z's?

but some people have argued that performance is better w/ the VDC... that is one other hard decision im deciding between because the track isnt TOO much more over performance, and might be worth it for the lightweight wheels/brakes/and updated engine

Assuming your not a maniac behind the wheel, I don't think VDC is very important in Cali. The only reason I have a Performance is because I wanted a Brick w/o spoiler at a specific time. My Z was the only one fitting that description in Cali at the time.

Get the Enthusiast.

thanks for the input.
