I got a bottle of touch up paint from the dealer when i got the car. The paint seems to be just as good as any other. Might be a problem if you have metallic flakes on the paint though, those are usually harder to match up.

It works...but doesn't look good unless you know how to use it. The first coat has to barely cover the chip. After the chip is slightly covered you have to put 1 or more thin coats. Always wipe all the paint off the brush and then dip the brush in the paint just enough to get the tip wet.

I bought one of these and it works great. Easy to use too. It matched perfectly.

Have had good luck with the touch up pen as well. Try:

Also, you may want to look at the kit from Langka. This helps smooth out the touched up area:

Good luck!

The touch up paint from Nissan works just fine. Just make sure you get a fairly fine (small) brush (from any arts/craft store) to apply it...this makes a huge difference.

THanks much for the comments guys .
i see that there are 2 different tip in the pen paint on the courtesy website .
what are the diff between those two ?
how long does it take for the touched up area to dry ?
coz i want to use clear bra after touching up all the rock chip .

I just bought a touchup pen from courtesy so I'm hoping the positive reviews bode well, I don't even know if the paint will need to be touched up or just the clearcoat, it seems like a pretty shallow scratch.

I bought a silverstone touchup pen from the dealer, and it is noticeably darker than the factory paint.

Not to imply you don't know how to use paint but did you shake it/mix it properly?

Improperly mixed paint can have a whole different color.

i finally decided to put the clear bra installed on my front bumper , hood , and headlights and fenders . they costs $550 w/ 3M film .
i didn't do any works on the few rock chips on the bumpers cuz it's too UNOTICEABLE , they're very small . i had 2 options before install the clear bra , whether to repaint the whole bumper or to touch up them first . but after went to one and another body guy , all said that it's only making it worse by touching up the damage , and the other options which is full repaint , it's not worth it regarding the stone chip is too small and not obvious .
