Default your Z is not safe (part 3?) - from the birds

Sorry for taking your thread zmespeed but i think I earned the right to have my story as part 3.

part 1 - https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/118524-your-z-is-not-safe-the-birds-will-find-you-and-poop-alll-over-you-this-is-why.html
part 2 - https://my350z.com/forum/2003-2009-nissan-350z/119035-your-z-is-not-safe-part-2-the-plot-thickens.html

I was driving today with a friend on the way to taco cabina and my windows were down. I rushed a yellow light to make a left turn... half way into the turn something hits my shirt... I think WTF and look down and see some black mess on my shirt. My friend was like wtf is that!!!. I told it must be bird shiv. He asked "when did that happen?" I told him "just now!!" so we pull over and sure enough there was shiv all down the side of my door. The bastard must have done it in flight so he got some horizontal motion on it. Damage control wasn't so bad the part that hit me wasn't very wet so i could just brush it off with the napkins i keep in my car and it didn't stain. I had a cup of water in the car and since the shiv was fresh it came right off...

so watch out Z guys these birds are out to get us.

A bird just crapped on my car today, while I was at the gym. I cleaned it off when I got home.

Hmm... from my experience the G tends to react differently to birds

That sux man, glad to hear wasnt too damaging. I'm sorry though it cracked me up that you got nailed thru the small windows that we have. reminded me of a Nissan commercial that aired in one of the Superbowls, where the guy pulls his Maxima out of the carwash then you hear "Danger Zone" as some birds, fighter jet style try and hit the car.

About a week ago i nailed a bird on the garden state parkway. Lil bugger was chillin on the side of the road and i was cruising at around 75 mph. Guess he didn't want to live anymore so he took off and swerved right in front of my car, hit the top of the front bumper, up the windshield and off the rear spoiler in a matter of seconds, all that was left was a lil feather stuck to the wiper blade. Muahah

This is a hilarious coincidence but ive been having one hell of a week against this bird and my Z. Every day for the past 4-5 days, a bird has been sitting on my passenger side mirror, or where the passenger wiper is and crapping its brains out all over the mirror and door. Each morning i come outside and see the same **** all over the place and its starting to really **** me off. I dont want to get crazy but enough is enough. Anyone know of some bird repellant products lol or things of that nature? I'm getting to the point where im gonna set out some poisoned food and kill this bastard.

Use thumb tacks and tape on the top of the mirror and he'll quit roosting there. Used to use it on the top edges of airplanes to keep the birds from landing on them. Only we used duct tape.
